Most recently, Butterworth served as resident manager at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, Calif.

Ogin earns another professional designation

Gregory G. Ogin, president of Clark Commercial Group, a division of Clark Realty Corp., headquartered in Kailua-Kona, has earned the certified property manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

The designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met the institute’s rigorous requirements in the areas of professional education, examination and experience. Members must also abide by a rigorous code of professional ethics that is strictly enforced by the institute.

In addition to becoming a certified property manager, Ogin is also a certified commercial investment member) and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute.


Butterworth appointed Mauna Lani GM

Hospitality veteran Brian Butterworth has been selected general manager of Mauna Lani Resort. Butterworth will oversee operations for the award-winning 343 room Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows.
